During the intake, we’ll first test how you respond to hypnosis. This way, you’ll immediately know you can go into hypnosis. So you don’t have to worry about whether it will work.

In this form of hypnosis, you don’t need to talk. Your subconscious does the work while you simply relax. You don’t have to understand everything to change. The deepest shifts often happen when you step out of your head for a moment.

​

Each session is unique and fully tailored to you. I guide you calmly and intuitively through the process, tuning in to who you are and what you need at that moment. Using powerful affirmations and visualizations, we reprogram your subconscious so that change happens quickly and lasts.

​

Powerful combinations: within hypnosis, I integrate NLP techniques and Inner Parts Work (IFS). This makes one session often as effective as several regular ones.

​

Who this for: it’s ideal if you already have some experience with personal growth and are open to working on yourself.

A step further: hypnosis works on a subconscious level, but we also look at the practical side of change, so you can consciously support your transformation in daily life.
