What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Created by Marisa Peer, RTT has received multiple international awards. The name says it all, with RTT Hypnotherapy, you get fast and powerful transformation. I often use this method within my Transformation Program.
RTT helps you uncover why you think, feel, and act the way you do. Unlike therapies that deal mainly with symptoms, RTT digs deep to the root of beliefs or patterns that led you here. Through a targeted set of conversational techniques, you’re guided to release what no longer serves you and create new, positive beliefs that empower you.
Why choose RTT Hypnotherapie?
RTT is a groundbreaking, modern therapy grounded in neuroscience. It shifts core beliefs, habits, and emotions deep in your subconscious. By rewiring neural pathways, RTT helps overwrite old, limiting beliefs and behavior patterns. Then we plant new, supportive beliefs, leading to true transformation, inside and out.
This approach supports change on physical, emotional, and psychological levels.

Is Rapid Transformational Therapy something for you?
How is RTT Hypnotherapy different from traditional hypnotherapy?
RTT differs from traditional hypnotherapy in how it works: standard hypnotherapy often focuses on the surface level, using suggestions over multiple sessions (usually 6–10). Meanwhile, RTT pushes deeper — it hunts down the origin of a problem so change can come faster and more lasting.

To rewire the neural pathways in your brain, Rapid Transformational Therapy replaces old beliefs and negative behavior patterns. Then we create new, empowering beliefs. The result? A powerful, lasting transformation!

Top 5 FAQ Rapid Transformational
Therapy
1. How does hypnosis feel?
Hypnosis is deeply relaxed and natural. You’re not “gone”. Just calm, open, and receptive. It’s similar to daydreaming or that “aha” moment in the shower.
2. Can you make me do something I don’t want?
No. You always remain in control. I can’t make you say or do things against your will. And you can always speak up during the session.
3. Can anything go wrong in hypnosis?
Nothing harmful can happen. Hypnosis is a normal, peaceful state your brain easily enters. Even when revisiting past moments, you see them with safe distance, like watching a movie, not reliving it. We use positive suggestions, not blame or endless analysis.
4. What if we revisit something sad or painful?
It’s possible emotions will surface, but you won’t be overwhelmed. You’ll view memories from a distance, knowing it’s safe. We’re not re-traumatizing, we’re transforming meaning and belief around what happened.
5. What if I think I already know the root cause. Will RTT still work?
That’s a great question, sometimes you’re on point, sometimes there’s a deeper layer yet to be seen. In hypnosis, your subconscious fills in the gaps. Often what we find is more nuanced than we imagined.
6. How many sessions or programs do I need?
It depends on the issue’s depth. Sometimes one 30-day RTT journey is enough. Other times two or three cycles bring more lasting change. Sometimes we uncover related themes that benefit from deeper work
