What hypnosis can help you with

Self-Image & Self-Confidence

You know there’s more in you, but somehow, you keep holding back. You doubt yourself more than you’d like.
You compare, you say “yes” when you mean “no,” and speaking up doesn’t always come easy.
Deep down, you know you’re enough, but it doesn’t always feel that way.
..

Themes: Insecurity · Assertiveness · Visibility · Public speaking anxiety · Setting boundaries · Self-worth · People-pleasing

Stress & Overstimulation

Your mind never switches off. You ruminate, overthink, get tense or feel overwhelmed. Your system is always “on,” and real relaxation seems far away. You notice it in your body, your sleep, your mood, or your relationships. Sometimes there’s no clear cause, but you know this takes energy.

Themes: Insomnia · Anxiety · Worry · Restlessness · Physical agitation · Stress · Overthinking · Irrational thoughts · Inner restlessness

Habits & Behavior

You keep procrastinating, avoiding, or wanting to control everything. You know what you want to change, but something keeps holding you back. Like you’re pressing the brake when you need to hit the gas. You want to break free, but your willpower isn’t enough.

Themes: Procrastination · Emotional eating · Lack of initiative · Perfectionism · Control or avoidance · Trouble making decisions · Habit loops · Smoking cessation

Emotions

Sometimes you just feel a lot. Other times, it’s like nothing’s there at all. Your emotions can rush in like waves — or feel out of reach. What’s going on inside doesn’t always match what the world sees.
It can feel messy, confusing, heavy, even when everything looks fine on the outside.

Themes: Mood swings · Grief · Heaviness · Panic · Anger · Sadness

Life & Work

You feel the call to show up as more you, at work and in life. Not to do more, but to live from your own center.
You want clarity. Freedom. Strength. You want to grow — and feel like yourself, everywhere you go.

Themes: Workplace pressure · Allowing success · Setting boundaries · Living authentically · Pressure to perform · People-pleasing · Always being switched on

Public Speaking & Social Anxiety

You want to speak up, but the moment you’re “on,” your body has other plans. Your heart races, your mind spins, and suddenly, you freeze. Whether it’s speaking in a meeting, introducing yourself, or just joining a conversation, something inside seems to shut down. You worry about how you come across, what others might think, what could go wrong. So you avoid it… or push through it with a knot in your stomach.

Themes: Public speaking fear · Introductions anxiety · Craving visibility · Social tension · Fear of judgment · Withdrawing in groups · Fear of failure

Physical symptoms where hypnotherapy can help

Many people find that hypnotherapy brings real relief from physical symptoms. It doesn’t always cure, but it can ease discomfort and help you feel calmer and more in control of what’s happening in your body. Stress and tension often make physical issues worse, hypnosis helps to soften that, supporting things like digestion, skin balance, or general relaxation.

Note: Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical care, but it can be a powerful complement—especially when used alongside regular treatment.

How I work

I use the most effective and transformative forms of hypnosis. During a session, I combine NLP techniques with Inner Parts work (IFS), making a single session often as powerful as multiple traditional ones.

I rarely use fixed scripts. Every session is unique and tailored to the moment. I tune in intuitively to who you are and what you need, using powerful affirmations and visualizations to reprogram your subconscious.

You can book a Hypnosis Shift, a bundle of 2 sessions focused on a specific theme.

Want to take bigger steps and tackle multiple themes at once? Then the Transformation Program is for you. Over 3 months, you’ll transform from the inside out and truly learn to understand and guide your subconscious.

True stories, real results

“Hi Judith, I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful sessions and especially the results! After working with a psychologist, I noticed there were still things ‘stuck’, so I started looking for an alternative. From our very first meeting I knew I was in the right place. You speak clearly, have a calming voice, and get straight to the point. You explained what was happening and helped me sharpen my question.

I entered each session with confidence, even when I felt nervous about what we might uncover, because you gave me the support I needed. Beyond the mental calm, clarity (as if a dark cloud made way for light), and confidence, I also noticed my skin became calmer and years of shoulder pain disappeared!

The hypnosis sessions helped me accept, heal, and give space to my traumas. The NEI sessions gave me fascinating insights and helped with deeper-rooted issues.

My body now feels calmer and more in sync with my mind. Mentally, I’ve regained both confidence and peace within myself. Even my partner notices the change in me. It may seem like a simple process, but it brings so much healing, mentally and physically. Thank you!”

Hypnosis in The Hague – Online & In-Person

An hypnotherapy session doesn’t have to take place in my practice in The Hague. Hypnotherapy works just as well online as it does in person. So if you prefer to do a session from the comfort of your own home, that’s absolutely fine. I have plenty of experience with online sessions. All you need is a quiet, comfortable spot where you can fully relax. We’ll then run the session over Zoom, exactly as we would in my practice.
