Alongside this subconscious transformation, Inner Calm is also a journey of awareness. We take time to look at where you want to go, who you want to be, and what no longer serves you. Sometimes that means letting go. Sometimes it means recalibrating or making different choices in daily life.

I’m a coach who works with the subconscious: the place where real change happens. I help people with sleep issues, stress, anxiety, self-doubt, performance pressure, and those nerve-wracking moments of speaking in front of others.

What fascinates me is how we often try to “think” our way out of problems, while in reality, 95% of what drives us lives in the subconscious. That’s where old emotions, patterns, and limiting beliefs hide and that’s exactly where I guide you to uncover what’s been holding you back.

I’m not just here as your coach. I’m also your personal cheerleader. I believe transformation can be powerful without being heavy, deep yet lighthearted. There’s space for both tears and laughter. And no, coaching doesn’t have to mean endless talking.

I help you quiet your mind so stress, anxiety, and overthinking can finally step aside. What comes in their place? Real calm, balance, and the freedom to live from your own strength, not from restlessness.
